Founder

The founder Nazneen Kachwala is a passionate writer, voracious reader, and dynamic engineer. She writes poetry and stories about love, relationships, social prejudices, and tales of empowerment. Her stories are featured in The Optimist Citizen Newspaper, The Times of India, Madras Courier, and TellMeYourStory. She loves reading Rumi, Tagore, Stephen Hawking, Sudha Murthy, Elif Shafak, Khaled Hosseini, Longfellow, Robert Frost, and Gulzar. Nazneen is fond of history, ancient architecture, long adventurous trips, learning new languages, gardening, watching documentaries of stars and galaxies, and everything that keeps her out of her comfort zone. She is an advocate of the philosophy of Yoga and is also a certified yoga instructor.

Yoga Workshops

Nazneen completed her yoga teacher’s training certificate course from Yoganiketan Vadodara in 2018. She specializes in Hathyog and meditation techniques. Nazneen conducts yoga sessions and workshops for the corporates, educational institutions, and community centers. Her workshops are lively, engaging, and relaxing.
